The order will be kept busy and will be dispatched only after receiving confirmation of been credited by the WORLD WINE AND FOOD SRL bank account. Payment must be made within 3 days from the date on which the order was made. After this deadline, the order will automatically be canceled. Shipment and delivery costs

WORLD WINE AND FOOD SRL will refund via bank transfer, within 30 days from when WORLD WINE AND FOOD SRL receives the communication of the client who wants to exercise the right of return. Reimbursement refers to the full price paid for the product, excluding delivery costs.
To obtain a refund you must return the goods within 10 (ten) working days from when exercises the right of return.

The right of return is subject to the following conditions:

Warranty
All products sold by WORLD WINE AND FOOD SRL are covered by a guarantee of 3 months. The date runs from that following on the purchase invoice sent with the ordered products.
